Why don't we get to know each other. I've only been a part of this message board for I think a month now and I would like to know everyone here better.

My name is Mara, although my real name is Maramyanet (quite a mouth full). Any way I'm 16 about to be 17 in April, I'm also Puerto Rican and have live in CT for 11 years now. I love the x-files, Buffy, and of course Happy Days. As for the future I plan to attend the University of Puerto Rico and study Political Science, which would then be follow by law school.

Well, that's pretty much me, how about you guys?

There was a thread similar to this recently so I'm going to copy what applies here.

1-I'm single
2-I'm an only child
3-I'm a webmaster-I'm done a variety of sites
a-Wrestling at first b/c I like it.
b-A multiple models/actress site which is technically a small business now.
c-I also do a porfolio/bookings site for a model/actress who was on The Sopranos and has had cameos in Playboy.
4-I'm a comic book collector- I estimate I have about 4,000 comics, the oldest being from 1962
5-I work a "regular" job that bites. Like a lot of people, I have to pay the bills!
6-I like going to conventions. At this point mostly b/c it's cool getting autographs from classic TV stars. You can usually get videos that are not widely avaialbe too.
7-I going to be 32 next month! *UGH*

I'm Katie
I still live at home with my parents and brother and his wife and child. I also have a sister, a niece, 4 nephews and a golden retriever.
I'm 33 years old, my birthdate is July 15, 1969
I'm a native of Stamford, CT
I moved to the Albany region in 1979 and have been
living here for close to 25 years.
Work for NY state Senate services. Well when there is work.
When I retire, I want to live in Florida or maybe stay up here. I won't care if it snows. I won't have to go to work.
I love Sitcoms Online, especially the Happy Days Board. I've been a regular on this board since...August? September? Anybody remember?
I also love Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley, Mork and Mindy, Welcome Back Kotter, Soap, The Sopranos, Family, Donny and Marie, The Brady Bunch Variety Hour, All in The Family, Maude, The Gong Show and a ton of other shows. (I don't agree with Maude's politics, the show is still funny though.), Different Strokes Rocks too.
I love music from the 70's, hate country music and celine Dion.
My favorite movies are: Crooklyn, Divine Secrets of the Yaya Sisterhood.

That's about it.

Oh wait, How could i forget my favorite color: Purple!

My name is Uric , nice to meet all of you! I am 34 and watched a lot of tv in 1970's ..did some acting and got paid for it! And now I ve been putting together some pilot that I am selling one way or another. Running around town and making things happen!
Happy Days was very instumental in my observation of how televisions shows are made. Especially period pieces like American Graffiti (film I like also). Into television and media, market productions. Barney Miller and Waltons were well writen and aged well.

My birthday falls on April 26, the same day as my father. That must of been a great birthday for him in 1986!

Anyway I also have a dog too, her name is Lady and I absolutely adore her! The funny thing is that I'm EXTREMELY allergic to dogs and cats, but for some reason she doesn't set off any of my allergies, strange? Oh, well I just take her to be a great gift from God made especially for me!

I live in Connecticut (11 years here and I still don't quite know how to spell it). My parents are divorce and my mom is currently remarried to this nightmare of a man! Well, that's it for now.

I'll let you both in on a secret. Don't be shy because guys LOVE being approached by women. Ask any guy on this board, they'll tell you. It's an ego boost and approaching women is tough for a lot of guys if they'd had that sting of rejection or b/c they fear a harsh reply. I used to be that way myself.

That's good advice! I used to be very shy, then I realized that I had nothing to lose. If I got rejected I would know that I should just try again with someone else. Now that I have more confidence, that shows through, and I think I'm more approachable.

Still, I'm very nervous about approaching guys that I'm very attracted to. It's hard for everyone. I like to make friends with guys and see what happens from there because I think that friendship is an important basis for a relationship.

But if you're like me, you run into dilemmas. Like my latest one; I saw this guy the other night at work that I couldn't stop looking at...I'm that attracted to him. Turns out he's one of my bosses. Yup. Go me!

Whoops that was a tangent. Sorry. :)

Hi, my name is Danielle & I'm 21 years old. My birthday is January 20, 1982. I was born premature at 6 1/2 months, I only weighed 1 lbs and 3 onces. I was lucky I was born when I was born, because if I had been born later I wouldn't have lived.

I love watching Happy Days, The Hogan Family, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Andy Griffith Show, I Love Lucy, and many more shows.

I'm a big fan of Henry Winkler, Scott Baio, Erin Moran and the rest of the cast of Happy Days. I'm also a big fan of Sandy Duncan, Mary Tyler Moore, Lucille Ball, Barbara Eden, Gordon MacRae, Cary Grant, Doris Day and many more.

That's a tough spot. I'm of the "don't get involved with co-workers" school. If ti doesn't work out you STILl have to see the person every day. And if it's your boss, one way or another there's no winning , it will scew up your job. That sucks.

Oh yeah, I totally agree with you, FF (I've been there before and it was difficult). I'll bet anything my company has rules against it (especially with one's boss! That doesn't even seem right...hey, but I probably will be moving departments in a few months...LOL)

I was just mentioning it because that's how much of a moron I am! I always get myself into situations that will *never* work out. Oh well, there's nothing wrong with looking. ;)

Ok, see this? I'm talking about how much of a moron I am. As if it's not bad enough to be madly in love with your boss--then you find out he's gay. Yup. Might as well throw those feminine wiles out the window...LOL. :(

Like I said, there's nothing wrong with looking. *Sigh*. I'm *so* disappointed.

Hi...this is my first time posting on the Happy Days board. So, here it goes...
My name is Kristi and I'm 24 years old. I read another post about someone else being born premature. I also was born premature at 1 pound 12 ounces (11 inches long) on July 13th, 1978. I was three and a half months early. Because of being born so early and weighing very little, I am partially sighted.
I graduated from Illinois State University on December 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in History and a minor in English. I still live at home and have a part-time job at my former high school, working as a substitute Teacher Assistant for the Special Education Dept. Also, I'm looking for a full-time job (I don't just watch classic TV all the time--LOL!).
On the days I'm not called in to work, during the afternoons I'll watch the Brady Bunch, Happy Days, and Archie Bunker's Place. Other shows I enjoy are All in the Family, The Wonder Years, The Waltons, The Facts of Life, Diff'rent Strokes, The Simpsons, and American Dreams.
In my spare time (when not watching TV) I enjoy writing historical fiction and fan fiction (mostly about the Beatles and AITF episodes).
I enjoy tons of music from the 50s, 60s, and 70s (The Beatles are my favorite group--been a fan for nine years and counting!).
I recently began to watch Happy Days, so I'm still learning about the characters. I have not seen the first season and looking forward to seeing it. In fact, there are many season I have yet to see. Happy Days is a great show and funny too! :) The Fonz rules!

My real name is Jennifer. Im 29 and live with my mother - all my life she's let me know that if i ever leave her, she'll be miserable, so here I stay.
One of the local colleges just expanded and now they offer a respiratory therapy program, so i just transfered into that. I love working in healthcare and the pay's real nice - between $17 and $25 an hour around here. Will rule.
I'm a christian and I dig people - made a lot of great net friends over the past couple years. I love 70's sitcoms and cartoons since I was a little girl.
I'm going to start relearning spanish soon, since im staying in the healthcare profession. I think im going to teach myself, although once i graduate from school i will probably take a bunch of different languages in my spare time at a 4 yr college.
My friends and I have our own website that we play on, it's a lot of fun. I like to play video games and write fanfic.
I babysit my friends children free so she can work and start school. Im working on helping her little girl read better - shes barely literate :(
I hurt my back at work a few years ago and havent worked since. I only have $1000 left of my life savings cause of that - makes me mad. Oh well, in a few years i hope to be rolling in the dough. :)

Here's me:
My name is Brittany and I'm 19
Birthday: March 6, 1984
I live in Little Rock, Arkansas, and I have all my life. Arkansas isn't really a bad place like people think it is. But it's true about the fact that there are LOTS of Redneck hicks. But oh well.
I graduated from High School last year and now I'm a freshman at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. I like it. College is soooo much better than high school, but it's also a lot harder. I am planning on being an English major, and teach high school english...(so i can be a meeeeeen teacher like my teachers were  lol, j/k, i plan on being a cool teacher)
My interests/hobbies include: Absolutely ANYTHING to do with the fifties. I LOVE the fifties. It's so weird. I'm is heaven right now in my US History class, because we are in the fifties now. My favorite show ever is Leave It to Beaver, with Happy Days coming in at a close second. I also enjoy writing stories and painting. Other favorite shows besides HD and LITB include: AMERICAN IDOL! I'm obsessed with that show! I LOVE CLAY and RUBEN IS AWESOME!!!!!!! I also like the Wonder Years. Well, thats all I'll bore you with about me. :D

Hi  Well, among lots of other things, I am a screenwriter. I have actually started calling myself a screenwriter, because I'm getting into that mentality. All thanks to a book I read saying that to become a legitimate screenwriter, you have to think yourself one. I'm working on my screenplay every chance I can get. I probably have somewhere near 50 pages written so far. I've done more rewrites than I can imagine and have finally figured out my plotlines and character arcs. I'm reading every script I can get my hands on and watching movies out the gazoo. It's been a long, hard run but it's looking like it's paying off as my screenplay is getting better by the day. I'm actually becoming somewhat proud of it. Though, I readily admit that it needs a lot more work.

Anyway, my time here will be extremely limited due to my plunge into writing. I still try to watch Happy Days when I can, and I don't plan to stay away from this board all together. I'll be reading posts whenever I can. And I'll always be Fonzie's wife-- so I don't want to come on here one day and find him with some other gal. :p

Don't feel bad. Most of the gay guys out there would make the best boyfriends. They're attractive, sensitive, honest. They are in tune with their feelings and are easy to talk to and hang out with. So, your being attracted to one only suggests good tastes. ;) We all want guys like that. The problem is they're also looking for guys like that. I remember watching Julia Roberts in My Best Friends Wedding. Her guy friend would make such an awesome match for her. I totally wanted them to hook up. My heart melted at the end during the dance scene. And on the episode of Will & Grace, when Grace got married and Will told her he couldn't be the guy to give her away to another guy-- how SWEET was THAT? I just wanted them to fall madly in love and run away together.

And I have some of the hottest guy bosses. They're athletic, funny, kind, easy to talk to. They're also engaged to other women. They make for cool employers, though.

Well, my name is Mandi, but I like people to call me Molly. Don't know why. I love Alias, Laverne and Shirley, and of course Happy Days! I love chocolate and Coke. I'm in love with Michael Vartan and Scott Baio is cute too. I'm 'gifted' so I have sudden hyper moments. I have an Alias Website with a Happy Days topic, because it's not just Alias. I'll leave a link here so that you guys can visit me there if you want. CIA Headquarters (http://invisionfree.com/forums/CIA_Headquarters/index.php?) And I'm also 14. I definately feel like the youngest person here. Am I? I've been watching Happy Days since I was 7, so I've seen like every eppy even though I wasn't alive when they first came out. But anyway that's me, and this is my pic of Michael Vartan if you want to see one of the guys I love!
