Is it me, or should networks stop showing 24/7 coverage of the war in Iraq?
I believe its okay to show Breaking News Alert, but saying 'the US just shot off their 3rd missle blah blah blah' it every second, I mean come on, we know stuff like that is going to happen(and yes I'm very scared about the war, I may not sound like it, but I am) why don't networks just alternate daily, like CBS gets Sunday and Monday night, and then they have news Tues. and Wed., you know what I'm saying. I'm sorry everybody, but I need to my weekly dose of laughter, is anybody with me? and
If I don't smile or laugh atleast once a week, then that means I'm depressed, scared, and in fear of war. All I can say now, is May God Bless Our Troops, and ALL other troops fighting for FREEDOM........and thank you to our Brave American Troops :thanks:

I disagree. The war is really the only thing on my mind recently. I'm so terrified of what's going to happen.

I can understand how you feel, and I have a family friend that might be going to Kuwait(my sister's brother in-law) and it scares me too, ALOT....I just meant that in this dark time, we need to laugh, smile, pray, hope, love, be united as a whole, so life can go on, I know exactly how you feel, but we can't let war get us....just be optimistic Sara.....
PS: I'll pray for your mom's best friend.....stay strong, keep hope alive in your heart, and smile God's watching over all of us.....I promise...:wave:

Thanks. I'm REALLY scared now because he's a marine helicopter pilot. 16 of them are presumed dead. He could be dead now and we don't even know it. I'll pray for your sister's brother in-law too.

Thanks. Sara, dont give up hope yet, maybe hes still alive, as long as you keep praying to God, and hoping that hes ok, maybe god will answer your prayers, he answered mine for my sister that pregant, shes doing ALOT better now, thnaks to my prayers and your too.......

He's still alive. I'm just so against this war. I'm also having trouble deciding if I'm a Democrat or a Republican. I agree with both parties on different issues. I'm so sick of everyone complaining about the liberals. My parents are liberals and most of my friends are conservatives. It just sort of puts me in a bind. I'm just extremely frustrated right now.
