Which role do you like John better as? Paul Hennessy in 8 Simple Rules or Jack Tripper in Three's Company?

I liked him better as Jack Tripper. He was just more alive and playful. And also, he was young. lol...

Which role do you like Katey Segal better as? Cate Hennessy in 8 Simple Rules or Peg Bundy in Married With Children

Again, I would have to go back time and choose her role in Married With Children. As with John as Jack Tripper, Katey's role as Peg was more elaborate, unlike Cate who's just a parent who has to go to work 24/7..

But... I dont dislike Katey and John in 8 Simple Rules, I actually love thme. I'm just comparing, and obviously this show doesnt revolve TOO MUCH around them, so that's also another reason why I chose their past roles over their present roles.

I can't choose on John cause i like him in both things. But i like Katey as Cate better then Peg because she's not a redhead.

I didn't really see married with children or three's company, so i can't say much! lol...but i love 8 simple rules!

Both then...I still really like them now too though.

John now-mesa not a great TC fan.

Katey then-Cate is sadly underused as a character. Katey Sagal was hilarious in MWC, and in Tucker and Futurama.

Yea, i agree that Cate is really under used! However, "Good Moms Gone Wild" and "Career Woman" sound like they might have more Cate in them!

I like both John & Katey then and now. Cate is pretty underused though, so I'm looking forward to the part she has in the next few episodes. :)
