There was an episode (#26) of The Munsters called "Far Out Munsters" dated March 18, 1965. The episode was about a musical group called The Standells renting the Munster's house. They threw a party which had some real far out characters. One was called "The Hermit" and was played by an actor named Kelton Garwood. He orated a very beatnik poem to the guest. It is not very long but very unique. I cannot exactly remember it and would like to find the exact wording. If anyone could send me the text of the poem I would very much appreciate it. My email is skyeville@aol.com

In the vortex of the future in that cool tomorrow-land,
We’ll all wig there,
Play a gig there,
In that great non-union band.

Scuba-do and scuba-dabber,
Life’s a gas and life’s a grabber.

Hip is hip and groove is groovy,
Life’s a wild Fellinni movie.

When that hairy fist silences us, slugs us, bugs us,
Puts us down.

We’ll all wing it; we’ll all sing it,
Guy Lombardo’s back in town!
