Hey, I was wondering what acne treatment, if any, do you use? How often do you use it? And, does it work?

I use this soap that my sister makes in her basement. It works better for me than anything I could ever find in the store.

well i dont use any thing like that. i dont want all those chemicals on me. but my sister uses proactiv and she says that it works good.

Once in awhile, I'd use Clearasil, but most of the time, zits didn't really bother me. I never get them anymore.

One of my friends had really bad acne in high school. REALLY bad. Four years later, the zits are all gone. He says he didn't use any sort of treatment to get rid of them, and that it was probably four years of an Army diet that made them go away.

I dont use anything. The only time I tend to breakout a bit is when I get my period- other than that its fine. I dont take off my makeup (I know!!!! Im bad!!!!), but when I do get in the mood to wash my face and stuff, I use Loreal- it smells really nice.

I don't really break out at all, but I do get blackheads, so I use some kind of Clearasil cream everynight (I forget the name) and it helps kill blackheads and prevent breakouts, so I'm all set

When I was 13, 14, 15 years old I had really bad acne. I used this special medicated soap called Biactol and it cleared it up within about 2 months.
You can't just use stuff like that untill your acne goes away cos as soon as you stop using it the problem comes back. I'm almost 21 and I still use the same soap. I get the acne problem from my father cos he's a messy bugger and he still gets acne even though he's well into his 50's.


It's funny how nearly all my problems can be traced back to my father..................

I don't get them much anymore...but i wash my face like for 10 minutes a day...and use this face sealer stuff once a week..and im fine...i think it's made by clean and clear? i'll look later

NEVER use regular soap on your face EVER...very important advice.

i used that for awhile and it does work really well.

I use some cream stuff from the derm. It works well. I've never had a problem though. My mom and I just glided through puberty like it was nothing. Fabulous luck for me....

I usually wash my face with bar soap (I take my make-up off with it and that hurts like a mug when you get it in ur eyes) then I use an astringent over that and put some Mary Kay acne cream on there just to be save even though I dont really have any acne.

Differin Gel. Works great, but it costs too much.

I use clearasil once in awhile. I don't have really bad acne. I just get the odd pimple once in awhile.
