Is anyone here always paranoid about things?

From time-to-time I do experience paranoia. I suffer from panic-attacks so it's pretty much natural for me.

Yes,I feel paranoid a lot :eek:

to answer the question..ehh i have my paranoid moments and of some things...but not as a rule.

yes, i am...but i do have reason to...i have about 20 stalkers all over the us... and my life is way too crazy to trust that things will go normally...

Well not exactly paranoid, but I always think someone is talking about me behind my back.

I'm extremely paranoid and tense. If I dont sit on the side of the booth @ a restaurant or in a room.. I dont feel comfortable. Like, lastnight me and Amanda went to Friendlys. I sat on the side I chose, but next to us were senior boys from my school. I felt completely uneasy, but once they left I was fine. I dont know why Im paranoid.. I have low self-esteem so thats part of it.

I Always close the curtains at night...and check the shower is im going to use the bathroom at night :lol:

OMG! Me too!! LOl... did you get the shower part from Marion?:lol: But the curtains or shades have to be closed-- you have no idea how freaked out I get by seeing my reflection in a window @ night.:eek: Also, when I get off out here (on the porch) I shut the door (duh) and then shut the light off. My dogs sleep out here, and sometimes they'll stare @ me and its dark.. ugh it gives me the creeps.

I'm with Karly - I always think people are talking or laughing about me, even though I'm most likely the farthest thing from their minds.

I feel that way,too.

omg..yes. i am so freakin paranoid. especially at night. since september 11 i've been freaking out over terrorist attacks. everytime i turn the car on or my parents do i go "please don't let there be a bomb that'll deactivate..." i don't watch horror movies because of the fact that i just get to paranoid.

I'm very paranoid! Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean their not out to get me.

Thats what makes me so paranoid. Thats why I have to sit on a certain side.. so I can see them. I dont like my back against people.

i know what you mean. i hate sitting in the front of the classroom because when the people in the back start laughing, i think it's because of me, because i'm in the front.

I remember when I was in school and there could be no one in back of me in class.I was just too afraid that the others would talk about me in a bad way.I had to be at the very back.

Im just the opposite of you and InspectorExstead. I HAD to have the front- on the side. I hated the middle row. Thats weird though, because I hate people being behind me.

You know that movie The Truman Show? I Had the idea that i was on this big TV show years before that movie even came out.

I to this DAY feel as if everyone can read my mind. Like, if Im thinking of something bad about a person and that person is there.. I try to stop thinking about it because I feel everyone can read into my mind.

I used to not be paranoid but ever since 9/11 I've been very paranoid.

I only heard about that film was about a few months ago, and saw it a month and a half ago. Before that, I thought there was some hidden camera thing going on, cos sometimes I'd buy a video, think something, become obsessed with something new, or listen to some song, then later someone would say something relevant to the topic, talk about the topic, or sing part of the song. What made me even more paranoid is, later someone else I know said he thinks the cameras follow him on a show, exactly what I was thinking at that moment.

heck yeah im paranoid. before i go to bed i have to check inside both my closets to make sure no body is hiding and then the doors have to be closed. before i use the bathroom i check in the shower and in the closet although i dont think anyone could fit in the bathroom closet, still have to make sure. i dont sit in front of the class at school. and im always paranoid that maybe the people that lived in this house before us hid cameras and is watching us. and i hate it while i am on the computer and people are sitting behind me or even walk behind me im afraid they are gonna read my stuff. there is probably more but just cant think of right now

Same here. I'm paranoid about everything. It doesn't consume my life but it's always there and I'm always worrying over something stupid.

I'm so fricken paranoid and stressed. I worry so much that I already have lots of white hairs

I'm extremely Paranoid I"m suprised I dont have gray hairs by now
