What sitcoms do you find so bad you find them embarrassing to watch and find yourself cringing away when you do? Mine would be
~ Small Wonder
~ Out Of This World
~ All those Peter Engel shows especially Hang Time
~ Full House
~ Harry and the Hendersons
For me the worst was easily Harry and the Hendersons. Whoever decided that this show deserved air time must've been smoking crack at the time.

That new game show on GSN- Cram. It is SO BAD!
That and Louie Anderson's Family Feud.
They aren't sitcoms, but that's all I could think of at the moment.

The Facts Of Life. Honestly, Its not THAT Bad...I Mean, I Could take it once in awhile. But i think its kinda over rated. Thats just my opinion.

They are both extremely funny shows.
However, I agree with "Friends" and "Seinfeld" being useless shows. The former is full of sexual innuendo and the latter is plain unfunny!
