You've stolen photos from Mack Mania and put them on your site and you've given no credit what so ever and the link to the site doesnt even work, not only that but you have also direct linked from the site dragging its bandwidth down, I'm reporting you to tripod abuse right now. Take that material down now!, thats copyright protected!. Shame on you. :eek:

FYI: I've reported it to both the webmistress and staff of the site inlcuding Trellix Web and Tripod who counterpart the hosting. Once again, shame on you!. You have to take copyright laws seriously!. :eek:

Okay i deleted the site it is NOT valid anymore. I did not realize soem og those pictures were copyrighted becuase they did not say so. I'm I gonna be sewed or something please don't. i made a mistake and I am VERY sorry. i will never do anything like that again and I do not plan on making a webiste for a long time. Please understand i thought most of those picrures were to share. I am sorry. i promise the iste is gone and no more Mackenzie sites.

The entire site's content and all it's designs are copyrighted. Absolutely nobody can reproduce it or anything on it without given permission, it states that on every page and if you look at the main page you'll see at the very bottom. that everything is protected. All the photos on there are copyrighted and either given to the site or bought from sale agencies. The site has been generous enough to allow other sites to use some photos because they asked firsthand for the permission, thats always the right way to do something and most of all, it's just polite. The baddest thing you were doing was remote loading from the site, thats right clicking on a photo on someones site, copying the URL of it and placing it on your site, thats displaying on your site but using the other sites host space and bandwidth, thats a big deal when it comes to alotment hosting sites. I have been notified by Lycos Abuse Support that the site has been removed. No further action on this matter needs to take place. I appreciate the apology, I will pass it onto the staff there and hope it never happens again, if it does, I'll know.

I had no idea about the bandwitch tjhing and if I ahd known would not have doe such a thing. I feel completly awful right now. I will not make another site without being arrogant again. thanks for letting me know before other people knew and could ahve really gotten into trouble than.

what is the huge deal about? Everone steals pics from other sites to put on there own sites, chill out sweetpeach... who are you to make a big deal outta this. Is got nothing to do with you, stay off the site if you don't like it (leave people alone)

I'm apart of the contact staff, thats what it has to do with me. And this has nothing do to with you. I hold no grudges on anybody now everything is sorted out. It wasn't so much the photos but more so the bandwidth. We pay for that, including many photos. If people steal them, we act, it's common sense.

As of now, I'm dropping this and I hope you do too.
