Hey my names Ashley and I just love "I Love Lucy." I met her 2 weeks before she died http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/frown.gif. I was only 3 but my mom video taped it and took like thousands of pictures and I can clearly make out her laugh in my mind. She was so nice. I dont remember a lot but i can hear her laugh. My mom met desi in '84, 2 years before he died. (we have a thing with 2's i guess) and she did the same thing as with Lucy taped and pictures same with lucy jr. and desi jr. Neither of them seemed to care of course my mom asked first and they said sure. I love to watch the videos they were so sweet and it was very tragic to lose them both. Oh and i'm Davy Jones' niece but whatever.. Anywayz well just wanted to let you all know. By the way what's happening with I love lucy on N@N?

P.s. R.I.P. Lucille Ball and Desi Aranz. Worlds finest.

Davy Jones is one of the singers of The Monkees, and guest starred on The Brady Bunch. That is so sweet. My grandma met Vivian Vance in 1976, 3 years before she died. She has a picture also.

everday i always want to meet Lucille Ball and it hurts when you know that it's impossible.i was one when she died. that really sucks. i would give anything(accept my life) to meet Lucille Ball.but, if she is in heaven, she knows who i am.

NY is a very intimidating place. And right now, it's 100 degrees. The heels of your shoes melt in the tar. I'm not a city person at heart but rather someone who likes the country, hence my 90 minute {one way} commute.

I'm not trying to come off smug but I've met many actors. At presentations, at TV networks, in the hallways. It's really not a big deal. Lucille Ball would have been a big deal. I almost got invited to a party that Lucie Arnaz attended but I never got there. Believe me, once you've been in NY a while, nothing fazes you. Anyone can walk down the street, regardless of how famous, and people here just don't care. New Yorkers are in a world of their own.

That's the same way here in Long Beach. You wouldn't believe how many actors and actresses live here because its so close to LA but away from the cares of the world (quite peaceful) but also busy. But anywayz I think that famous people appreiciate us not running up them and screaming and everything. By the way I'm watching "I Love Lucy" right now and Ricky sais he was pooped and Lucy was like "Well that is quite distressing news." "For what do you attribute your plethora of fattique" "Is it the enervating activities of your nocturnal occupation" lol and Ricky was like "What!, That's english" Ah good classic comedy.
