What do you call the little scene that airs during the credits? I used to call it a teaser but now I call it a tag.

I think that the scene before the theme song is a teaser; the scene at the end during the credits is the tag

I remember this because on Three's Company E! True Hollywood Story and they were like "Suzanne Somers had to come to work each week to shoot her 1 minute TAG scene" and as I remember, her phone in scenes were shown at the end. Too bad NICK at NITE only shows 3 episodes.

I was watching Mad About You the other day and Helen and Paul were actually being Helen and Paul during the tag (not Jamie and Paul) and she said something along the lines of "come on and pay attention we are doing the tag" or similar.

There was one a couple weeks ago on The Nanny where Niles and C.C. were in a fight or something and then Yetta came back and starting dancing all over the place, lol. I thought that was funny. I'm glad Lifetime keeps those tags instead of cutting them out.
