Seriously, I loved the Baldwin ladies -- they just lit up every scene they were in. My favorite members of the immediate family were Grandpa and Grandma -- they were a perfect combination of sweet and sour.

Miss Mamie and Miss Emily were simply adorable! Poor Miss Emily was always pining for her lost love, Ashley Longworth. It was so sad.:( She never got over him, poor thing!:(

I like Jason also, I thought it was rather neat that Jon Walmsley was cast as a southern kid even though he's from the U.K. He later played guitar for Richard Marx during the 80's and also married Lisa Harrison who played his tv wife Toni Hazelton Walton.

Though John Boy was more important to the show, I always liked Erin.

I chose Elizabeth, because she was my favorite when I watched it as a kid - she was just about my age.

However, I did think Jason was a cutie, and he would have been my second choice.

I didn't know that he was from the UK!! Interesting!!

My fav walton was grandpa walton, I just wish he would've told grandma to shut up sometimes. I liked her, but she did get on my nerves sometimes. Sometimes I wondered if she was still a Christian. John Boy was good, but the show still did good after he left, it lost more when grandpa died I thought. John Boy was replaceable but not grandpa.

My favorite Walton is Erin. My second choice goes to Mary Ellen. My favorite non Walton character is definately Reverend Matthew Fordwick. I am just the biggest John Ritter fan and he was so darn adorable on the Waltons. He was so CUTE and HOT. I could eat him up.:)

John-Boy, definitely. It was sad when Richard Thomas left, but catastrophic when they replaced him in season 9. :confused: That seemed like a bad move from the start.
