I don't blame you for being mad. I'd be mad as a wet hen too if I were you. Sounds to me like the tax base of your town is being diverted into someones pocket. Time for a whole lot of stinky people in need of a shower to rise up and pay a visit to the Mayors house carrying towels and bars of soap. ;)

Dang that sucks. The only time I've had to go without water was once when I went camping and something happened to the water...(there was NONE) We had drinking water, but no showers or toilets. My dad was like "duh..let's rough it!" I was like get real, but we stayed a couple of days anyway! It was so gross! We left thank God. But I did go a couple of days without a shower, so I know what you mean by feeling "groady"
