The Partridge Family changed their theme substantially after their first season.

NewsRadio went from scenes of New York City (seasons 1,2,3) to the actors doing wacky stuff in New York City (4) to a very short theme with no names.

Perfect Strangers - see above

Leave It To Beaver - a slower jazzier version was used for the last season or two (when the family gets in the car and drives away)
