Am I on the wrong episode, or did TV Land chop out the part where Fred and Lamont are standing by the truck and Lamont is complaining about being poor and Fred says:

"When I was a kid there were seven of us, seven !!
We slept in the same room, same bed, same underwear !!
You know those shoes, Keds, well I wore mine until they
just had K__S on them. Now, That's Poor !!"

I always loved that little bit of dialouge and I could have sworn it
was in the first episode "Crossed Swords" which aired Sunday night at 6:30pm on TV Land. Any help would be appreicated.
I didn't have this episode on tape prior to last night, so I didn't have it from the TBS run about 10 years ago.

It may have been that episode because TV LAND cuts a lot of footage out-I was looking for that episode because I just recorded off UPN not too long ago. I currently taped S&S off UPN and TV LAND because UPN airs the funnier versions. I will let u know for sure if i find it.

I'd appreciate it. I wish our UPN station showed it as well. All they show are stupid repeats of lame 1990's comidies and court tv shows. Yuck !!

I think I recorded over it because i'm not a big fan of the first season. So i didn't want two versions of season one episodes
