Reminder that episode 21 airs tomorrow at 8 on ABC, the following Tuesday (3/18) is a rerun of episode 5 ("Son-In-Law"), on the 25th an all-new episode (episode 22 "Spring Break") and then on a special night and time an all-new episode (#23 "Career Woman") because ABC wants to give the premiere of "Regular Joe" (9:30pm on that night) its strongest
possible lead-in that night. Here is the info of that special night and time episode:

CATE’S CHANCE AT LANDING A PROMOTION LEADS HER TO SPEND MORE TIME AT WORK, WHICH LEAVES PAUL IN THE POSITION OF HAVING MORE RESPONSIBILITY IN WATCHING THE HOUSE AND KIDS, ON “8 SIMPLE RULES FOR DATING MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER”

“Career Woman” -- Paul's job as parental guardian becomes more of a full-time position when Cate is up for a promotion and has to spend more time at the hospital. Meanwhile, after Paul introduces the boy to the hobby of baseball card collecting, Rory trades the cards for something not exactly associated with the sport, when “8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter” airs in an additional broadcast, FRIDAY, MARCH 28 (9:00-9:30 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

“8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter” stars John Ritter as Paul Hennessy, Katey Sagal as Cate Hennessy, Kaley Cuoco as Bridget Hennessy, Amy Davidson as Kerry Hennessy and Martin Spanjers as Rory Hennessy.

Guest starring are Wendie Jo Sperber as Rachel, Robyn Moran as pregnant woman and Kelsey Batelaan as little Bridget.

“Career Woman” was written by Rosalind Moore and directed by Mark Cendrowski.

”8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter” is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound.

A TV parental guideline will be posted closer to airdate.

So it's a good thing that 8 simple rules is moved right? is that permanent or just temporary?

No, it's for that Friday only. They want to give the premiere of that new show, Regular Joe a great lead-in.

Though in April reruns of 8 Simple Rules will air Fridays at 9, while new episodes will air in the Tuesdays at 8 slot.

Oh my God, Friday 9 o clock is like the worst timeslot ever. Once a show gets moved to that time Its gone for sure...I don't expect Regular Joe to get very good ratings.

Yea...friday is not a good night. at least it's a good sign that they think 8SR is so good it will boost the ratings of another show!
