The thing that frightened me about Rainman was the hat- kind of like a trademark, like Freddy Krugers blades. He was a bit too obsessed with last of the Summer Wine, even though he was very optimistic about getting to the UK. I pity him, I would love to go to america, and I live in the UK, while he wants to go and live in the uk.

I agree with the majority here. Nate was a wanker and he p-ed everybody off but he's gone now so we need not worry about him anymore.

You guys are right. I will not post on this topic anymore. It's hard to NOT make fun of Nate because he was just so ANNOYING!!! I tried to be nice to him though, but he is obviously a sick freak.

AIM is out of TJ's jurisdiction if that's what you're asking. I wonder if TJ reported what Nate did to AOL?

I must have missed the porn attacks here, but as with AOL internet users it's hard to trace a specific user to a specific IP address, so they might not be able to do anything.

why can't he even view the boards? I thought when you were banned you could VIEW you just couldn't POST.. and when he does come to this website, what does he see if not the boards?

Has Rainman's IP been banned, so he can't come back on his own computer and become a regular poster again? Then again, he was crazy- he'll probably live in the library so he can make a return, or buy a new computer. It could be called

Ok, does anyone know if Rainman posted his email address anywhere? Before this whole scandal, through email we'd arranged a trade, I- being in the UK, have like 100 channels, and at almost everytime during the day- Last of The Summer Wine is on, and had arranged a trade for a Third Rock From The sun episode, for some LOTSW. Anyway- I don't have his email, he hasn't replied. And I really need these episodes!

I dont know if Rainman was on AOL or not, I Know he had aim, I Think he only had AIM, even if he was on aol I dont think ud be able to report him for it unless it was on the actual aol service (On aols boards or in IM's or whatever)

Besides if he was on AOL he could come back and make a new name... Everytime you connect to AOL your IP Changes I believe so banning his IP would be outta the question since itd just change...

If he could view and not post, that would be "Read-only." That was what TJ put that JonWiley guy on several times. If somebody is banned, they can't see the boards but the top frame and the buttons are visible. Unless somebody's IP is banned, that person could register under another user name by clicking the "click here to register" button. RainMan can't re-register since his IP is banned.
