Hey! I decided to be like tv land and write a haiku!

Ode To Fonzie

Who's Coolamundo
And HOTT in that leather coat?
Fonzie is that's who.


Now...why don't you guys give it a try?
(In case you still don't know how to write a haiku, simply make up something with 5 syllables in line 1, 7 in line 2 and 5 again in line 3.)

Telling jokes all day
Leaves one no time for romance--
I still got it--right?

I can play a song
Ralph, Potsie, sing harmony--
Fonzie's bongos--Loud!

Knuckle sandwiches
Keep your lips off of that girl!
Fonzie wrings your neck.

He wines and dines her
Trying to get her to fall

But she loves Chachi
And will not succumb to Alf
So, to jail she's sent!

We must rescue her
From Alf's devious clutches
Even though she's done wrong.

We all love Joanie
Even more than we love that Chuck
Someone get Fonzie!

Fonzie can save her
With a snap of his fingers
Nothing can stop him!

Alf has been halted
But Joanie's kiss is a thank you
For CG's Fonzie

That was dangerous
CG is furoius now
She seeks her revenge.

But they are sorry
They never meant to hurt her
Fonzie loves CG!

I seriously don't think I did those correctly. I've never written a haiku, so I don't know the rules.

The one above is talking about a toothbrush, not a comb brush.It sounded like Potsie sang an Elvis song when Fonzie said "a little Elvis" or something like that and played an Elvis song, but Potsie sang I think sang from Fonzie's record or whatever played it it:mad:.

Guess who the last two are and the meaning of my first and third one.The 2nd one doesn't have a meaning.

Yeah, I've seen that one quite a few times...it's great! I still haven't seen all of the Haikus yet, not even the Potsie one! The Bob Newhart (although I don't really like that show) one is pretty funny.

Both my profesor and another screenwriter (I read her book) recommend it for movie scripts. Who knows, maybe someone will find your haiku and think you are so talented they will ask you to write their next movie...or book, or song, or whatever! :D

I just read the haikus on that site. Most of them really suck. But, there are a few cute ones.

The second line of the Sanford And Son haiku is "Cast-off-forgotten, say what?".

The other (the second one I saw is the stockings) Batman haiku I only remember the first and third line.
