I'm not sure about size restrictions, but we are allowed to have images and sigs here. Just look in your control panel. There's no post requirement that I know of. Hope that helps ;)

I think it's 123x123 something close to that for avatar.

I just checked the settings and it says 125x125.

Check the post at the top of the board by TJ called "Login/Posting problems - read for help" for more info.
