In the episode "Happy Birthday, Pop" , Fred's menu in the Chinese resteraunt was upside down. You really cant make out any lettering but if you compare it to Lamonts its upside down, even after Lamont turns the menu around to the english side.

How could you see that? I couldn't make out any part of the menu on my TV.

I didn't notice that at all.You must be very observant.

I wasnt looking at the lettering directly. On the side of the menu there was a blue (i think blue) border, Lamont had it on the right side and Fred's was on the left wich indicated one of the two was upside down. The camera zoomed in a bit and you could just barely make out chinese symbols that were upside down. The menu was english on there side and chinese toward the camerea. If you all think im crazy just let me know, I can take it.

And to add another observation, in the early seasons Fred's phone was the old round dial kind where you put your finger in that round plastic ring and rotate it counter clockwise to dial. In the latter seasons (not sure wich season) the phone was the standard push dial kind.

I didn't really notice it at all either.......but it was straight funny as heck

i didnt notice the menu but i did the phone i guess roaterly phones where going out then so they diecied to give Fred a moderen phone
another thing i noticed is the fact during at least the first season Fred and Lamont didnt have there sercert compartment in the cabinet next to the kitchen
