I've watched an hour and a half and I love it. It's not as bad as I thought it would be. It's true to the original spirit of the show. Very tongue in cheek. The fight scene in the bar was absolutely priceless. Burt always paying for things is hysterical. You watch Adam West "act" and you can see why he was reduced to doing 'Young Lady Chatterley 2'. Very enjoyable 2 hours.

I agree, it's a great movie. MUCH better than I thought. Costumes, actors, everything looks so much like the original. The actress playing Yvonne Craig looks exactly like her in the costume. Both actors playing Adam and Burt were great too. I was actually pretty impressed with Jason Marsden (Burt). It was an all around fun 2 hours, and I totally enjoyed it. It was well worth the wait.

Okay, I'm gonna try to do this review w/o giving too much away for those that haven't watched the movie yet. Let me break it down. First of all, I thought it was a very cute movie.

Young actors-
I was really impressed by the young actors that were playing Adam and Burt, everybody else. I feel that the best one out of the young actors was Jack, the one playing the young Adam West.

Adam, Burt, Julie, Frank and Lee were fantastic. They rocked. That's the only way I can describe it.

All in all, I would give this movie an 8 out 10. See, I'm usually not impressed with reunion movies. Out of the reunions movies that I've watched, I've only really been impressed with 'Return to Mayberry' and the Star Trek movies. Even the RTM movie was a bit off. However, I am going to list the Batcave movie in my favorites.

Btw, glad you posted on the Batman board ,pna42

I just finished watching the movie, I also nocticed that some of the characters look similar to the original characters. I thought the actors/actresses played a good age range, for the part.

I really liked how they used cliff-hangers, when it was commercial, that was interesting. I liked all the cameos that were in this movie, I'm glad Frank and Julie made a guest appearence.

I thought it was clever to switch off the past and present, and the plot fit great into the movie. The costumes and props were great, It was better than I had expected, I thought it was not bad for a reunion movie.

I was impressed by the actor who played Robin.

The part that made me laugh was when Adam & Burt would not come out of their trailers unless the other would come out first. Then the big shots had to face the trailers in front of the other so that they would come out simultaneously. What a riot!!!

I enjoyed the movie..........

Sweet homage to the series. Now I have a question. Someone told me that Adam and Burt donned their costumes one final time in the late '70's for a TV special featuring comic book characters on NBC. Is this true?

Hmm, I think that is true. Let's check. If it aired on NBC, it might be listed under imdb.com. "Legends of the Super-Heroes" (1979) TV Series .... Robin http://us.imdb.com/Title?0131675

Not sure if that's the last time they appeared in costume.

I enjoyed the movie, but I didn't see the point of the movie, to me it didn't have
much of a plot, but it was funny. I was
shocked when I saw it lastnight, I didn't even know there was going to be a Batman reunion/look back. Overall, from a scale from 1 - 10, I would have to give it a 7.
As I said, it was funny and entertaining, but the plot was kind of bogas. JMHO!!
