When I was in school I was completely head over heels for a girl named Carmen. To this day she's the only woman I've ever truly been in love with.
I had a few crushes aswell though. There was Catrina who was in the year below me but I completely ruined any chance I ever had with her about 3 years ago (don't ask :doh: ).
And I kinda had a thing for Liz who was in my year. She was really hot but she was one of the popular crowd and they didn't socialise with my group so it was out of the question from day 1. I actually think she was kinda scared of me! :lol:

I used to be in love with a girl named Marlis. This was back in 1978/79, and I was the biggest doink in 10th grade. She was OH-SO-POPULAR. I was the biggest, suckiest goofball with showing her how I felt, writing poetry, dedicating songs on the radio to her, but...she blew me off. I was a big pain in the ass to her eventually. I had ZERO experience in communicating with girls. But we became friends for a while and got to talk on the phone often, but even that got to be a little too much, in her opinion. So I moved on from that. I think because of the fear and the awkwardness of trying to relate to girls over twenty years ago, I have been very single for all this time. My friend Kathy at church says she thinks somehow "not God's will" for me to find the right girl, supposedly.

Looking back, now that I know all the signals and signs, I really did have a chance with her but at the time I was completely inexperienced and I had no clue! Everytime I was around her it took all my strength just to speak to her without falling in a heap at her feet! I did stupid little things like carry her school bag for her and hold doors open for her and stuff but that was it - I didn't have the confidence to take it further. Now there isn't a day that goes by that I don't wonder what might have happened if I'd just had the guts to tell her how I felt.
It doesn't matter now - she's living in England with her girlfriend - but it still hurts. I just wish I'd said something!

My crush doesnt know I exist, plus her boyfriend is always around her.

Oh...this is an easy one, lol. I've had a crush on this boy Anthony since October 2002. He's new at my school, but ya see he's a grade below me and my one friend thinks that's a little weird, ya know, to like someone who is younger than you. I'm in 7th and he's in 6th..She used to like him too, but her brother found out and she was like, "No more!"..but yeah, like Mossopp said...He's reaaaaaally hott, but in the popular crowd (in this case at my school, 'thugz', lmao) and didn't talk to 'my' type. I know I did the same things, but me and Amy were just friends and I thought it was some phase back then. It was such torture in 11th because I had this one class with her and by then she had a girlfriend and was always passing notes to her and hugging up to her. All I could do was stare at her. I'm surprised my classmates didn't notice that. I've tried getting in touch with her, but I heard she moved our senior year, but no one told me where to. I may do a spell to get her to call me I was thinking about doing that, but I don't know I don't wanna fool with that. If she wants to call me, she knows my number.

Okay, before I get accused of cradle-robbing....I'm about 2 yrs younger than everyone in my grade due to skipping grades and the British System...

So I went on this Model UN trip with people from various grades and there was this freshman who was the sweetest, most gorgeous boy on the planet. Of course, we are nothing but friends because I have a boyfriend and he knows that (hell, the entire school knows it). But I left thinking he was the perfect guy to spend the majority of a weekend with and I did (just talking, nothing bad). Of course, the moment I tell a friend, she explodes. She starts going on about how I'm "cheating" on Josh (how? By thinking another guy is hot?!?!). It's impossible to talk about other guys around them, I get the "talk."

Anyway, I know Freshman Boy likes me. And I'm sure he knew that I had the bitsiest crush on him, but nothing can ever come of it. But if I wasn't dating Josh, he'd be all mine...:mrt:

Well, I didnt have a crush on him @ the time he died Monday April 8th 2002. He died from drinking and driving on a Friday night but lasted til Monday. The doctors sent him home early which is why he died- if he had still been at the hospital he'd still be alive today.

Yah, he was a senior. He was one of the bad kids who did bad things yet he always tried to get good grades toward the end to look good on his report card and he was part of the student council.
