anyone remember this show with a young Doug E. Doug?

I think it has to be my favorite short-lived sitcom of all time. I'm dissapointed it doesn't have it's own board....it did last 2 seasons after all.

I have eps that I taped fom TGIF and when it was moved to Saturday nights. There was a campaign to renew it for a second year. It did not do bad on friday nights. Average rating was normally in the 40's and 50's. Bill Cosby also took part in persuading ABC to renew for another season. The guy who potrayed the father was Dr. Harmon on the Cosby show. You know, the annoying west indian doctor at rivalry with Cliff. ABC put it on Satuday night with I found a terrible thing to do. George Foreman and Sheryl Lee Raplh's show did not fare that well on Satuday nights either. ABC sure did drop a lot of black shows that year including "thea" . ABC has been know for making mistakes. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.
