Well, I'm not from "Lon-Gisland" (haha, it's my dad's favorite joke, I couldn't resist) but I know some stuff on the list. First of all Billy Joel is the man! Jones beach is awesome. The Hamptons are always a mess of traffic. When we drive out to the southern tip, go up towards Orient, and take the Shelter Island ferries -- it's easier and much more scenic. Us New Jerseyeans call it "the City" too. I can pronounce 'em (but it's sorta unfair as I vacation in Montauk, have been to Islandia Mariott loads of times, and Islip's where the airports at. I know all of those nationalities..I can name one of each on my street!

Also, I have decided that I am going to Stony Brook. It's such a kickass school. The other day, I got a college brochure thing from "SUNY University Centers" and I carried it around, showing it off to everyone all day.  I'm such a geek. Chh. This is my first post in AGES. I don't think I've been here since like..the summer.
