I'd just gone to lunch when the principal called a Code Yellow, which means that the school is locked down. We went to our classroom and turned off the lights, locked the doors, etc. and then we were sent to the parking lot. No one really got scared until they started loading us on buses in case we had to vacate school grounds completely. We found out later that a bomb threat had been called in to the school, but nothing was found. Everyone's saying that a disgruntled freshman who dropped out was making the call, but I don't know if that's true.
The whole thing was totally unreal. Jesus, people are satanic bastards. You never know what they're going to do.

OK I'm really scared now- that exact thing happened to us 2 times last year and no one thought it was a big deal at all

What else is scary is...it's happened at my school before, about 4 years ago.
Belladonna...how could no one care when that happened? It's kind of hard to ignore.

People cared, it's just that it happened a couple weeks after the Spet. 11 attacks and also my school was in the very middle of the ghetto so they were expecting something like that to happen

we have lock down drills at my school...idk they seem weird. I think they just have them so it would be easier to find the bodies if there was a shooting or something.
And if there was something going on i would be out of that school so fast.

something similar happened at my school last year. some guy called our school and said he was gonna come and shot one of the students.

I got to a really small school, in a really-really small community, and nothing like that has every happened here. If it did though, nobody would no what to do, because our school system hasn't prepared us for long bomb threats and stuff to that

There was a bomb threat written on one of the walls of the girl's bathroom this year. We had to evacuate the building and sit in a nearby Methodist church for maybe an hour. I wasn't that scared, and I was glad that we got to miss some classes..:D...

That happened at my school 3 years ago, but it was a tough situation, because everyone had to go out in the field, and 50 kids got heat exhaustion and had to be rushed to the hospital... Threatening isn't funny and I don't know why people do it in the first place.. It sure doesn't make anyone else laugh
