The funniest episode of Mama's Family was when Mama learns to how to drive. When Fran teaches her how to drive,Mama drives the car into the street and causes a traffic jam. When Ellen teaches her how to drive,she smashes Ellen's Cadillac. Then when Mama finds out that the hat she plans to buy is going to be sold,she gets in Fran's car and rushes to get the hat. The really funny part is where she meets up with the guy at the driver's license office who tells her each time for the eye test and the forms to go to the end of the line. Then after about 3 hours or so,Mama is sitting in a chair,and she stands up,and says,"Yeah, It's Me Old End Of The Line Harper" and then when the guy asks Mama to remove her hat,she makes that funny face when the picture is taken. And when he asked her how much she weighed,she said that was none of your business. He said, You Need My Job, Mama said, You Need My Hair. Really funny episode:lol: :lol: :lol:

Yeah, I love that episode too. Also, "Mama Gets a Job" is hilarous too! "It's a GREAT day at the Raytown Travel Agency, may I HELP you?" :lol:
Basically, I like every episode there is! I don't think that there is one that I don't like!

Ok, Diamond Doll, I just read the Jump the shark thing on this episode and that was definitely not in there! That is the episode where Bubba and Toni are studying all night and Mama thinks they are up to no good. So she and Iola hide in his closet and it is Vint and Naomi who enter the room. (They are trying new locations to have sex so that she can get pregnant) There is no couch sex going on there. This person has a vivid imagination!:rolleyes:

Yes that episode of Mama's Family is also my favorite episode when everyone is trying to teach Mama how to drive a car.
I cant wait till it comes on again.

I also love the episode,"Mama Gets A Job",where she goes to work at the Raytown Travel Agency(BTW: The man who plays the manager of the travel agency was played by John Sylvester White,who played Principal Woodson on Welcome Back, Kotter). I like it when he tells her to say,"It's A Great Day Here At The Raytown Travel Agency",and she tries to say it with such enthisuasm.and then the phone rings and she answers it and can't get anyone on the phone and she presses all the buttons until he tells her how to do it. Then the couple who want to go to Tahiti come in and while Mama is asking questions about the trip,and Buzz calls and asks about his sneakers,Naomi wants to use the bathroom but Sonya is hogging it,and Naomi tries to iron Vint's shirt. And then she gets after the couple because of all the phone calls by the family. Then when she gets fired from the job,she tells everyone to leave her alone,and she tells Vint about the baby birds in the nest and the mother teaching them to fly and eat and stuff,she tells him,don't get in my nest.:lol: :lol:
