Next time, try thumping the bee away instead.

From the silent treatment episode. A bee landed on his freshly painted picnic table, and instead of smashing it with the newspaper, like he originally intended, he decided to try to pick it up.
Sounds like my friend, she tried to kill a bee one time by stepping on it with her bare foot. Real bright. Needless to say, it didn't turn out so good.

 Uh-oh, having another blonde moment! Yes, now I know what you're talking about. I have seen that episode and I even have it on tape. I just forgot about it. That is pretty stupid. Although I remember one time at my old house I was about 7 or 8 years old and I saw a bumble bee on the sidewalk. I decide to step on it, I think, to kill it. Well, assuming it was dead I wanted to touch it to feel it soft fur. You know one of those bees where the black and yellow back is real soft. Well, apparently it's stinger wasn't dead because it stung me. But hey, I was little, Beaver was at least 13!!

I've always thought Beaver was a stupid kid. He's always getting into trouble, believes everything that people tell him<for example, when Larry told him about the "spanking machine" in Mrs. Rayburn's office> and he easily succombs to peer pressure. As far as the peer pressure I have a couple examples for this. The first one,Beaver and his friends are attending a father/son dinner for football awards and his friends say they're not going to wear a suit and Beaver decides he's not either just because his friends say they're not. So he fights his parents tooth and nail about it and his father says "ok,you can go as you are" and they get there and it turns out his friends were wearing suits and Beaver feel really stupid about it. They go out to the car and his father takes a suit out of the trunk and Beaver changes into that.
The second example,Beaver and his friends get these weird sweatshirts and they all agreed that they were going to wear them to school. Beaver snuck and changed into the sweatshirt and he gets to school and he's the only one wearing the sweatshirt and he gets sent home.
