These were taped sunday and i was watching access hollywood and they were on the red carpet and there was a beav sighting. He made a comment about a fan he encountered who was with their child and the parent said, "you don't know who this is but I watched him when I was your age". and the child said, "yes i do this is beaver I watch him everyday". Nice to see Jerry is watched and admired still today.

I saw him too! I wish they would have found Barbara!:(

don't worry, you didn't miss much in the LITB department, but they did focus on Henry Winkler a bit more!

I got an e-mail from someone who was actually present in the bleachers for the pre-awards show. He said Jerry Mathers and his daughter (Gretchen) were in the first limo to arrive. Barbara arrived about half way through the pre-awards ceremony. She was accompanied by a gentleman who appeared to be in his mid-fifties to sixty years old. He thought it was probably one of her sons. He said she smiled alot and worked her way down the line. He commented that she was shorter than he thought she would be.

I saw pictures of Jerry and Gretchen on the web. They were both dressed in black. Gretchen is very pretty.

I saw pictures of Barbara and her escort as well. She was smiling and waving. She had on a flowing pantsuit that appeared to be a gray print. Her blouse was light in color with long sleeves. She wore a long scarf that matched her pantsuit around her neck. She was holding hands with her escort. The caption under the picture said Barbara Billingsley and guest. To me he resembled Barbara, especially his nose and smile. He had gray hair. She is still as slim and beautiful as ever. I hope they will have some footage of this on the Pre-awards Show.

I didn't know there was a way to watch this on Sunday. What is access Hollywood and how do you get it? If you can, next time post some information about these things as you hear about them.

access hollywood is a show like entertainment tonight and is on every weekday in my area at 7:30, check your local listings. they report on all things entertainment and they dii a segment on the tv land awards and thats where I caught the short interview with jerry, also there is a pre show before the tv land awards.

I e-mailed you a TV Land Awards slideshow from Yahoo News which has a picture of Barbara alone and also a picture of Jerry.

I got another e-mail from the man who attended the pre-awards show. He said he didn't see them interview Barbara as she walked down the line (maybe they did inside). He did see her pose for photographers. He said she looked like a movie star in her sequined outfit which he described as a beige (rather than gray) print. He also said he felt very lucky to have been able to attend. HE CERTAINLY WAS!!!!

Oh my gosh, is Jerry wearing a green bowtie in reference to his green LITB baseball hat?!?!?!?! That's SO cute!!!!!:D
