Back in the early 90's, I was about 10 years old, and I recall seeing part of movie on TV. As I recall, it starred Chuck Norris and I distinctly remember a scene that took place in this woodsy area and there is this guy with an axe chasing some girl around. Norris tries to intervene and there's a struggle.

Does anyone know what Chuck Norris movie this could be from?

I'm thinking this film was from the late 70's or early 80's.

In the 70's, Norris did mostly Hong Kong style action flicks, mostly Urban settings, so...
My best guess would probably be "Lone Wolf McQuade" from 1983

Silent Rage is a fu*kin awsome movie...My favorite Chuck movie.
