I am a little bit disappointed with how the awards went. I wasn't
surprised that The Brady Bunch won the award for best music celebrity: Davy Jones. What a shame. I really wanted to see Wayne Newton win the award for his performance on The Lucy Show. Then I honestly I can't believe that Don Knotts won the "Second Banana" award over Vivian Vance's protrayal of Ethel Merz. We all know that Vivian Vance was the great second banana that walked the earth. But I am not surprise because of the way TV Land treats I Love Lucy compared to The Andy Griffith Show. People have less opportunity to see ILL due to the times that TV Land airs it, BUT with TAGS it's totally different. TV Land airs TAGS at two reasonable times which can been seen by everyone.
