Wait, i'm pretty sure why it says 12/31/03:

Alot of shows say that, and because they know it will be released sometime, but maybe not an exact date, they just put the end of the year. A lot of that is also at TVTOME on the airdates of shows.

I'll watch for it. I think it'll come out before Dec. 31, though.
