I remember it. They all closed in either 1999 or 2000. I went to one TWICE and it was in the Southridge Mall in Des Moines. The only thing I ever bought there was a Pokemon Pikachu (Sing the song i can't remember it lol) for around like 4 bucks it was 80% of the regular price (which was 20 bucks) but an eighth grader ruined it lol but oh well. I got another one for like five bucks when they were clearancing.

Anyways....Do you remember ever going to Montgomery Ward?

I saw one in the Westdale Mall in Cedar Rapids on my BPA trip. It looked as if it were open and everything (the auto centre was open....weird.) but it wasn't :(

Seriously man, you need to get out more. Go to some bars or clubs, find yourself a boyfriend, join some organisations - anything! Stop hanging around in malls and taking photographs of the stores. It's just wrong!

I thought a few stores were still open...now known as "Wards"

Ours just closed not too long ago...they like bulldozed it.

My dad used to take me in there to buy school clothes. I hated it!

ugh yes, we never went back there after one EVIL incedent. Although they turned it into a 'Wards' and it's still open.

Some few "Wards" are still open- but they don't really sell much apparel. They mostly focus on selling furniture, and appliances.

I like Kmart better. Does anyone else like Kmart???????
