What was the name of the I Love Lucy show where she was at the cake factory and she could not keep up with production. Do you know where I can get a copy of it on video?

I am not a member of this board, but I wanted to see what was here.
I can tell you that it was not a cake factory that Lucy was in, it was a candy factory. She and Ethel switched places with Ricky and Fred, and they went to an employment agency who put them in the candy factory. Meanwhile at home Ricky and Fred made chicken and rice and blew it up, and starched silk stockings. The title of the show is Job Switching.
