This is total nitpicking but last night Wally told Beav "Drink your soup." Don't people eat soup?

What do you think?

Some people drink it. I don't. But I have seen people drink it. Theres some new product called soup on the go or something and it's in a cup specially made to drink. So, I guess it's just a preference. :confused:

i bet your right some people drink it and some people eat it.i dont drink my soup though. :)

I drink soup if there's nothing in it, like tomato soup but if it has vegetables or noodles or something then I eat it.

I eat my soup with a spoon. Unless it's almost to the bottom of the bowl and then I drink it out of the bowl like I do with my cereal. Or most of the time with my cereal my cat will finish the rest of the milk!:D

I assume they were talking about using a spoon, and in that case, either phrase is probably correct - eat or drink. I've heard both.

I love the new Soup At Hand. Just heat it in its container, stir, and drink. My cat gets the last of the milk in the cereal bowl too. Sometimes I have to push him back or he wouldn't wait until I finished the cereal before he would get his share.

I suppose it depends on the soup and what's in it. If it has lots of chunks of meat or chicken it would be more difficult to drink.

There is a dish called a soup cup. It is a large cup, or a bowl with a handle. You can eat the soup with a spoon or drink it, using the cup handle just as you would drink coffee.

I have one of those soup cups myself.

It all depends. If its in a cup or mug, I'll drink it and if any vegetables are at the bottom, a spoon will be used to get the veggies. If it is in a bowl. I'll use a spoon.
