This is an old, old segment that that has stayed with me over the years. I haven't seen a repeat in ages and was wondering if anyone else remembers it. From what I recall, a man and woman were murdered while parked in a remote area one Saturday morning. It seems like one of them was married and they were meeting on the sly. People in the area seemed to think a mysterious man named "Mr. Hotar' may have had something to do with it. I can still remember the way his daughter (stepdaughter?) kept referring to this Mr. Hotar...like she was still afraid of him.

I think I know the case you are talking about. Did it happen in the 50s/60s? Someone else around here knew the names of the people involved. I wish I knew them...I am trying to remember, becvause I can clearly remember the case, but the names have slipped my mind.

I remember the case. It occurred in Louisiana in 1956. The woman who disappeared was Audrey Moat. Sadly, as time goes by, the chances of her being alive today become increasingly slim.
