So last night, I was jogging, and I tripped and fell. I hurt my right foot, so I went back home. As I was on my way, I noticed my arm and hand also were injured. I thought it was one of those things I could "walk off" and it would go away, but as the night progressed, it started getting much worse. I took off my shoe and noticed that my foot was incredibly swollen. I was also noticing that it was becoming difficult to lift things.

Today I went to the doctor. I found out I sprained my foot and have hairline fractures on my left hand and right arm. So they braced me up and I'm on crutches for awhile, which still hurts, because I have to use my arms to help support my weight.

As an added bonus, I got to have a tetanus shot, because I scraped my hand on asphalt.

I'm gimptastic.

Ouch, that must suck. I got elbowed in the mouth yesterday, but that is nothing compared to what happened to you. Yesterday was NOT your day.

Bummer! Adreneline fouled you up. It masks pain and is even more on the alert when you're on the run like that.
Words of advice for the future:
Ice an injury like the one to your foot as soon as possible, and it'll be much less likely to swell and get so bad. The hairline fractures are another story. Not much you can do about those. They'll heal quickly though if you don't bash them again. :(

Last august i was walkin to my room and i got so dizzy i went unconscious but i was still walkin and i felt my foot trip on somethin and then i felt my head hit somethin and i woke up and i was layin on my bedroom floor. i still have a bump on the side of my head.
