I know you all will be upset, but they have been running the episodes over and over, so if you haven't recorded them all, you still have ONE more chance to! They will be running through the cycle one more time (episodes 1-23, 25-27, 34-65, 81, 96 and 97) until March 30th. The last scheduled airing is March 30th at 5:30pm #21 "Father and Daughter Night."
Hopefully TV Land brings it back at a later date and airs the remaining episodes they have not aired.

You do have a point, Pav. I'm happy that I did get to see quite a few eps. It was disappointing they didn't show every one of them, but hey, that's just the way it worked out. I didn't imagine ABP staying as long as it did. Well, lets just hope they bring it back sometime and show every episode.

Let's just hope and pray that Nick at Nite picks it up(if they do pick it up they'll show it late at night,my VCR will be working overtime then), or if they decide to put the first season of Archie Bunker's Place on DVD. I don't have TV Land or Hallmark,so if Nick at Nite picks it up,it'll be the first time in years since I've seen it.

I'm glad I'll have one more chance to catch the Archie Alone episodes. I've missed them several times and can't find the copies I had from it's first go around last year.

There is no chance that Cosby at nite (soon to be Cosby and Roseanne at nite) will pick up ABP because they now concentrate on "recent" "classics". (Cosby, Wings, Coach and Full House being recent boredom classic , and Roseanne being recent trash classic.) Only real classic they show is "Cheers".

Since TV land is apparently using that time slot to rotate different shows (Gidget lasting only one season will not be in that slot long) let's hope they bring ABP back at some future date and show the unseen (can we get dramatic and call them "lost") ABP episodes.

Wouldn't you love to hear Archie's reaction if he knew he was a TV show and was being replaced by Gidget? He would probably make some comment about the "fruits" and "nuts" out on the beach in California.

I'm glad I got to see almost the entire series, so I have to hand it to TV Land for bringing it back, and atleast I got to see some of the episodes, and get them on tape.

That is very unusual, because there would never have been an ABP without AITF and most of us like ABP because it was a continutation of AITF, or at least a continuation of Archie. It was nice to see these episodes on TVL because we have seen the same AITF episodes, as good as they are, over and over again. But ABP hardly ever came close to the early years of AITF.

I do agree that Gloria and Michael were annoying in episodes when they were the center (for instance, imagine the Mertzes being the center of "I Love Lucy" without the Ricardos), but whenever they played against Archie that was classic TV at its best!

Gidget was one of my favorites when I was a small child (which I really was at the time). The Flying Nun, on the other hand....

Yeah, well, I can't really complain about AITF leaving N @ N. It just got too old for the channel. All the other shows were done in the 80s, and AITF is just too old. Yeah, I know 3's Company is kind of borderline. It was airing in the 70s, but it carried over to the 80s. All in the Family ended in 79 (not counting ABP's years). I'm crossing my fingers about it going to TVL.

I don't want to sound like a traitor to AITF, but I'm glad it is leaving N @ N. I know it must look like I'm two faced to come to the boards and complain about N @ N and how it blows chunks and yet I still watch the channel for one show. Now I don't have to be two faced since the show is leaving N @ N. I don't have any point in watching the station anymore.
