I picked mine from My Screename since its my Screename!

I picked moofomoo because I didn't want you all to be scared off by a name like "villainslair" and because my friend gave me this name as an option when I was picking a screenname. Now I even get called "moofoomooloaf" which is a HUGE embarassing inside joke.

And of course I couldn't scrunch all my favorite things into a name suitable for me, so I had to get what I was given. *shrugs* I think it works.

I don't like my username anymore, particularly b/c when I visit other boards, some people might not know what the FOL & DS stands for. It refers to "The Facts of Life" and "Diff'rent Strokes," of course. I would change it, but after 800+ posts, I'd hate to start over.

Well first it was JOBlairJOBlair I got that because I started posting on the FOL and it was my favorite show.

For my new name "Demi Lynn Winters" Demi is a short version of the name Demeter which is the name of my favorite character in the musical cats. Lynn is because well Lynn is my name and Winters was because of Victoria Winters on Dark Shadows.

"doorcountygirl" comes from the fact that I was born and raised in Door County, Wisconsin...which I :eyes: love and is an absolutely beautiful place. :clap:

My name has been Willowey since I can remember. I am a huge Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan and I would always refer to everything as "willowie". Well, Willowie was already taken the first time I wanted to use it, so I changed it to Willowey.

I chose east215 because I was at my happiest when I lived at 215 East Gun Hill Rd in The Bronx. Also, my birthday is 2/15/....

I was heavily into Model Rocketry when I was young, and I got into making my own designs and flying them. My "Masterpiece" was a bird named after the brightest star in the Constellation Leo (My Zodiac Sign), Regulus. It's my vision of a futuristic interplanetary space liner, and it won a "Design of the Month Award" that Estes (The biggest maker of Model Rocketry Products) had going at the time. The Citizens Band Radio Fad was was at the height of its popularity at this time, since everyone had a "Handle", I chose "Starship Regulus" for mine. (Today many Boards limit the length of your "Handle" so I shortened it to 'Regulus")

I still have that Rocket, long retired from flight, today she dangles from the ceiling with three other birds that also won Estes's "Design of the Month" as a Mobile.:D

May as well throw in my 2 cents.
I am part Dutch and am facinated with Captain Vanderdecken who legend tells it is the commander of the ghost ship Flying Dutchman. It is said that if any sailor ever sees the Dutchman, then that sailor, or sailors are doomed to die a horible death. Vanderdecken and The Flying Dutchman have already been doomed to sail the Cape of good hope for eternity because he cursed god. The S at the end of the name was just a mistake I made when registering the name with Sitcoms.

One person even sugested that I got the name form the Pirates of the carribean movie but, I had this name long before that movie came out.
