Has anyone seen this Simpsons episode? You know the part where Chief Wiggum goes to talk to Tito Puente at his club about shooting Mr. Burns?

Is it just me, or does his club look A LOT like The Tropicana?

I haven't seen that episode for a long time but I remember thinking that same thing once.

Yeah, it was the tropicana. The "conga drum" stands had "RR" on them, didn't they? There are so many Lucy references on the Simpsons. Like:

"We'd like to present Mesmerino The Hip Hypnotist" (Reference to Lucy And Pat Collins...the Hip Hypnotist.

"Anyway, did I tell you about the time I was locked in the bank vault with Mr. Mooney? It was another one of my hare brained schemes. Wait a minute! That was The Lucy Show! - Homer

"Oyster Shells resembling Lucille Ball. You'll have fun with Oyster Lucy. 'Oh Mr. Mooney! I just gotta meet Bob Cummings!' " -Moe

The whole episode with the Lucy appearance (When she told Lisa to make Homer and Bart think they had leprosy.)

Krustylu Studios

The new 'Frank Nelson' character. "mmmyessssssssss?" "mmmSiiiiii!"

"You'll be the next odd couple! Mork and Mindy, Oscar and Felix, Fred and Ethel..." -Homer

"My mother the actress! I feel like Lucie Arnaz Luckinbill!" - Lisa

...there are tons more, but those are the only ones I can think of right now.

I remember them all. Lucy's probably been used as much as The Twilight Zone.
