What the hell?? Why is it that a man (who should be EONS above the comedy-world as we speak) continue to suffer from a long career of well-deserved-success just because he was once on an absolute CURSE of a tv show in 1982-83 by the name of......J...J...(almost feel like throwin up sayin it)............Jo..Joa..Joannie Loves Chachi???? WHY? Bingo is a very very funny man (straight from the School of Ralph Malph). He should b a star (deserves success) but instead he must humbly wait in vain until hollywood removes him from their blacklist. So he was once on joannie loves chachi. Well excuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuse him!! It wasn't HIS FAULT that the show was so bad! In fact, he was the ONLY BRIGHT SPOT on that otherwise lame show! But the show was so horrid that not only could he not save it, but it apparently was so bad.....that it brought him down with it (and he - with the great help of unfair hollywood - hasn't gotten up since). So therefore it is HE who must suffer. No fair. WHO ELSE here agrees?? I'd love to hear all your comments. This topic DESERVES to be opened up - it's long overdue.

And don't let his post-JLC career fool you! Hollywood HAS allowed him tidbit stuff 'just to make it look good', but Bingo IS on their blacklist! (after all, have you ever even HEARD of 'The Climb') What about BIG roles that talents such as Robin Williams and John Travolts are getting, huh? This IS pretty unfair, wouldn't you agree. Granted, again, JLC was ultra-horrid, but the character, Bingo (the band's drummer) was a pretty trippy, rad, cool, funny-as-hell character (perhaps the trippiest, radest, coolest funniest ever on a sitcom, but being on THAT SHOW obviously cancels that out) with the red curly hair, Hawaiin shirt and sandals with a comedic style ever-so-vividly Malphesque.
Hey Hollywood! 'Climb' this!! Give the man success, damn it!
I do think the actor was quite funny on the show. Maybe the short lived series did put a mark on his acting career, but don't you think you are bashing JLC on the wrong message board???
