I looked at my TV GUIDE for this week, and it has the BB/HD lineup still listed for 4-4:30. And it listed Head Of The Class and Perfect Strangers last week. Are these classics back at that time?

No, TVGuide is wrong. Perfect Strangers and Head of the Class will air.
