Remember that case where that girl who was kinda shlow and worked at a fast food resturant drove off one night, got stuck int he mud in a forresty area, was found and resumed her life after some mental help and then it all happened agin, virtually the same exact way? Except this time she was never seen again BUT she was very unique looking. This happenede in Northern California. I dont think there was ever an update :((( I can still see her face in my mind and would recognize her in a heartbeat.

Unfortunatley not good news although I remember seeing the case updated last summer on Lifetime with the blue screen and the text scrolled across - I remember them saying they found her remains and identified her through dental records although I can not recall where they found them or what the cause of death was although likely suicide. I'm sure it was this case though - The girl was really a nut job.
Later.

Yikes! Thanks for the update. I'm sorry to hear she isnt alive :( I know her parents just wanted her to live a normal life but someone who is that mental shouldnt be out working full time and driving around. She almost seemed destined to die with the strange occurances???

What a horrible thing to say! She had just as much right to happiness as the rest of the world does!

People who are SMI, with the right help, can lead productive lives--just like anyone with a physical disability. The trick often is, though, keeping them getting the help. Sometimes they start feeling better and stop services since they feel so much better, or they are on the wrong meds or a whole host of other reasons. This could be what happened here. It can be a challenge to keep watch with someone who is SMI but they are capable of leading fairly normal lives as the rest of us.

I don't believe her remains were ever found. She still has an active page on Charley Project and they don't mention anything about it:

I have always thought that she either stopped her treatments and didn't let her family know, or she was hiding more serious issues from her family and all of that just built up and she was so overwhelmed that she had an absolute psychotic break. I used to work with a guy that was a high level corporate executive and had a complete and total psychotic break. He quit his job, and once he got help, he was able to do little jobs... he took a job at a grocery store, which is where we worked together. So sad, but thats all he could handle. I do believe she had some sort of mental episode that night, but I don't think she was destined to die. Thats just a horrible thing to say about someone.
