I am so excited that Kevin and Lucy will be getting married soon, but I have a feeling after Lucy leaves the show, which I figure she will after the marriage, that the show will go down hill. I mean, after Matt and Mary left, the show it lost a lot of the interest.(especially the interest that Mary generated) I really just do not believe that Eric, Annie, Sam, David, Ruthie, Simon, and Robbie can make a good tv show. I mean Ruthie, Sam and David are really still to little to generate much interest, and even though Simon is a pretty good actor, he still doesn't meet up to the Lucy/Mary/Matt Kinda interest. And Annie and Eric and all their dumb problems just kind of getting on my nerves, and Robbie needs to either find a serious girlfriend or get lost if you wanna know my opinion. I dunno, but don't get me wrong, I have always loved 7th Heaven, and don't get me wrong by thinking I came here just to dawg the show, but I just don't want one of the best shows ever to get stupid, and every one hate it by the time it goes off of network tv, and everyone thinking it was one of the stupidest shows ever. I have been watching Friends here latley, and I think thats exactly whats happened to that show. The ratings have always been good, but now that they are running outta topics, everyone has started dawging it, and I really don't think that thats fair for a show thats been on for 7 or 8 years to get thought of bad forever, because of the final season. I dunno. what do you think? and I dunno if Lucy's leavin' the show for sure or not, thats just what I figure will happen. I hope not though!

Well, answering you question about shows going down hill and being remembered as bad and not as good as they once were, that is exactly what will happen if they end the show doing bad. What I mean is you have to quit while your ahead. Or you'll be remembered for how bad you were at the end. Although true die hard fans would remember the show for how good it was, but others will remember it as being bad/stupid.

The thing is, when Matt and Mary left, the show lost viewers. If Lucy leaves they will lose them again. Ruthie probably doesn't have much of a fan base because she is the youngest, more of a supporting character rather than a main one. Simon does, however, have probably a larger fan base. Annie and Eric's current storyline is actually interesting to me. It's a different conflict that hasn't been explored on the show. I mean who would have thought that Eric would stop preaching. It is a twist. I think that some probably care about them. I do. But a lot are probably like you, Leah.

All I know is that they should end while it's still good or they will be remembered for being bad and stupid.
