Anyone else seen this movie and liked it? It only recieved one star, which was a surprise to me. I though the movie was pretty good. I may be biased because I'm a Beatles fan, but the movie would have been better if they had been able to use the original songs and not covers.

i loved I Am Sam, i thought it was a great movie. I agree i think it would have been better with the original Beatles song

I really love this movie :)

It was an okay film, but I thought the way they depicted ******** people wasn't so good. The guy was acting like he was 3 or 5 years old, not the capacity of a 7 year old, which I think is what he was supposed to be. I'm always amazed at how actors can make their voices sound like they are ********. Sean Penn acted really well in that film, although the way the character acted I thought wasn't an accurate account of how ******** people are, in terms of their feelings and knowing whether or not they've done something wrong.

I thought this was an excellent movie! Sean Penn was great as Sam. One of the best i have seen.
