Because I'm curious as to why everyone watched GI, please tell whether you're male or female and your main reason for watching the show.

I'm Gracie (female, duh) and I watched the show because I wondered how they would avoid getting off the island every time...starting with watching MAINLY because I was looking for an episode with "Wrongway Feldman" in it. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

I guess you could say I also watched it for the Professor.

Tina Louise is the reason I began watching Gilligan's Island way back in 1964. One glimpse of her and I was hooked. If she is in it, I watch it.

The Professor, and it's nice to see other people admitting it too! Also I saw one or two episodes when I was a kid and just wanted to see the stupid robot one again.

lol, i first saw it like 5 years ago(Im 13 years old) it was shown on Fox at 5:30 and i watched one episode and just got hooked cause i thought it was soo creative with the stuff they made and all.....

I am male. When I was around 8 or 9 years old (I turn 24 later this month) I would sit on the couch and eat cereal in the morning before school. Gilligan's Island was on at that time and I watched it because I thought that the concept was real funny and the characters caught my interest.

Well i am Jessica (Female) and i just started wathcing last year. I am 12 too! But i mainly thought it was funny! At first i didnt even know there was a profesor!!! Plus i wanted to see how they would get off the island!
