Just wanted to make sure the word is out because I saw a thread about that particular case on here very recently, like a day or so ago.
Also : Pets and homing instincts, and a UFO segment.

Darn it! I was wrong, it was a different case. Looked like uranium plant guy in the promo, but it was actually a gruesome story about a guy who-supposedly-was going to blow the whistle about unsafe plant conditions , and who was put (hopefully dead) into a vat of molten metal. I really, really hope Dave Bochs (Box?) was dead when he went into that 1300 degree temperature vat...

i agree, it would obviously suck to be alive when that happended
is there any way for someone to be caught and arrested for that murder by DNA?

Given the number of years that have gone by, the closing of the plant, and the likely scattering of the plant employees to Parts Unknown in search of new jobs,I am willing to bet my life that the only way this crime will ever be solved is if the killer becomes remorseful while drunk and confesses. :(

I too hope that David Bocks met his doom while he was already dead. I am mystified by the story of Bocks, and I feel so sorry for his loved ones.
I wonder why he was murdered. I think that he knew about plant emissions coming from plant 8, and he was going to blow the whistle. I think that that is why he was killed.
What a horrible, incomprehensible way to die! The operator of the Nuclear Oven said (in the segment- but perhaps not in reality) that he saw a leg in the oven. How gruesome!
It is horrific and morbid to think about, and I am not an expert on physics at high temperatures- but I surmise that 1300 degrees fahrenheit is hot enough to dissolve the human body. That is so very strange, because don't crematories have to burn bodies at temperatures of thousands of degrees for hours to consume the body?
That segment on Dave Bocks haunts me.
