Yeah, I read that book two yrs ago. It's wonderful. Whatever you want to know, I'll PM you with info.
I've read it, and I'll give you all the advice I can, which is, read the book! Otherwise, learn nothing and get an F.

I read it last year and didn't like it at all. But it's a short book and not hard to read so if I were you I'd get to it. ;)

I haven't read the book, but I'm sure if you go to http://www.sparknotes.com they have cliff notes for it there.

Never read the book... But I know a few things about him.
He was known as the enlightened one. When he was younger, he was real wealthy, lived in a mansion. Then, one day he saw a sick, old, and dead man and wandered off to find out what causes suffering and stuff. So he meditated under a tree for 45 days and came up with the four noble truths. It said that people suffer because of desires and that the only way to get rid of them is to stop these desires... and stuff like that.
Just some vague info. from global class. ;)
