You still might get it. Maybe not immediately, but if AITF goes to TVL, you can get it then.

If AITF goes to TV LAND, I will tape over every episode i recorded off N@N because TV LAND did a very good in editing the AITF Episodes. For example, the Jeffersons pilot was MUCH better on TV LAnd than N@N. And Yes I taped over the N@N version of the Jeffersons pilot.

I agree that "All in the Family" was edited in a more conservative fashion on TV Land; however, I would not strictly count on this policy continuing when the series movies to that network. I hope that we see the editing of old, including the inclusion of the tags, but the almighty dollar might rule above all else.

So do you think TV LAND only showed more footage of that particular AITF episode because it was part of a boxset?

The April Nick@Nite schedule has some changes, here are the changes:

3:30AM All in the Family
4:00AM Perfect Strangers
4:30AM Head of the Class

Those are 7 days a week. So Charles in Charge is gone, at least for now, but it is listed for a special. All in the Family WILL stay.

I am glad that All In The Family is staying on Nick@nite and coming on at 2':30 am central time I will be watching
All In The Family on Nick@Nite.

That is bad news-it would have been better if AITF went to TV land where it is edited less. Now there is still one clinging reason to follow Cosby at Nite-if AITF were off we could eliminate this now useless channel completely.

That's kind of how I feel. I know I should be very happy that it's staying, but really I'm not. I'm not sitting up til 4 in the morning, just to watch one episode of AITF. I'm eliminating the channel in April. Maybe I can catch a few eps at 3:30, but I doubt it.

Yeah all the good shows are on late-i'm used to it now-i guess i have to program the VCR.

I suppose I'm kind of the opposite. Well, I take that back. Some of my favorite shows get dropped completely and rarely come back. Other shows I like just keep getting later and later time slots. I love the Batman tv show, but it comes on TVL at 4 and 4:30 in the morning and I just won't sit up and watch it. I've already got all the Batman eps recorded, so I guess I really shouldn't complain.
