It's obvious to me.

Ginger would be the first to go. Then the millionaire, and then his wife (she was the more resourceful of the two). Then Gilligan, then Mary Ann. It would be down to the Skipper and the Professor. Obiviously.

With the relationship the Skipper had with Gilligan, I'm certain the Skipper would look out for Gilligan and he would let nothing happen to "my little buddy". They would survive as a team. The professor could survive for as long as anyone. There is no doubt.
