It's the pilot episode for the Jeffersons which is a All in the Family episode. Chad22 02-16-2003, 05:20 PM I Just turned that on and thought The Jeffersons had returned to TV Land for a minute  TVFactFan 02-16-2003, 05:42 PM Originally posted by Chad Doody I Just turned that on and thought The Jeffersons had returned to TV Land for a minute  No, TV LAND had a boxset special called when casts collide. So they did 4 crossover episodes and one f them was the Bunkers and Jeffersons. But I can't consider that episode a collision between the Bunkers and Jeffersons because the Jeffersons had not started their spinoff yet. That episode was the Jeffersons pilot. So it wasn't like the Jeffersons returned to visit the Bunkers. jon123 02-19-2003, 02:31 AM The Jeffersons pilot should have been a Jeffersons episode, not AITF anyway because it is mostly set at the new digs (except for the mystery coat problem, of course). Also, don't you think Louise could have acknowledged Edith's death at some point since they were good friends? Yeah only if Louise had put on a blue coat in the cab-that pilot could be episode number one. But yeah i do think they should have had the Louise Jefferson character acknowledge the death of Edith Bunker since the were the best of friends. And the fact that Louise had just visited edith in the 78-79 season of AITF. |
