Has anyone here actually gone to a bar? Did you like it? Did it have a "Cheers" atmosphere?

We have a pub on campus. I've been there a couple of times. It's OK. I've never been to an actual bar though.

And I hope those of you here who are under 21 aren't drinking any alcohol :nonono: :D

Yes, I've been in a bar before. My dad took me there a few times when I was a kid (nice father-daughter activity, I know). Of course, I couldn't order any alcohol, but I can say it most definitley did not have a Cheers atmosphere. Of course, I think some of the guys were on their best behavior because a kid was around (and if it was their best behavior...nevermind).

I've been to a bar several times, but couldnever get into the whole bar scene. To answer your other question, none of the bars I've ever been to had that Cheers feel to it.

I've been to the Cheers bar. It was exactly like the regular bar. I even got my sis to take a pic of me in Norm's seat. I woulda asked for a beer...but I'm 13.
